NoName tape and velcro cutter overhaul - for automatic velcro cutting
The NoName machine is designed for cutting, cutting especially Velcro. this machine was brought to us as partially non-functional (accuracy + - 3 mm, low speed). An analysis was performed and then we installed the machine with a fast PLC with a touch screen. By adjusting the settings of the frequency converter together with the new control system, an accuracy of + - 0.1 mm was achieved with increasing speed (0.6 s / 1 piece 50 mm long).
The product is made to order, according to the exact specification of the customer. The price depends on the amount of equipment and the optional specification of the product.
