Balancer (types 810) - ultra profi
Balancers series 810 helps lift tools and reduces strain on operators. Balancer effectively balances the weight of the tool during work operations and keeps the tool in place when not being used. The balancer comes in three different models and in nine weight classes, with a span from 0.5 kg to 10.9 kg (1 lb to 24 lb).
Assembly work made easier.
With the Nederman Balancer, the tool becomes virtually weightless in the hands of the operator and can be moved around easily with little effort. This means an increase in operator freedom and a reduction in strenuous work.
Total flexibility within the working area. The spring tension is easily adjusted to match the weight of the tool being used. The long cable allows for operations over a large workspace. The mounting shackle permits a full 360° rotation during assembly operations.
Maintenance-free construction.
The Balancer is of a sturdy, reliable construction with a minimum number of moving parts. It withstands daily use in a normal industrial environment without requiring service.
