Automatic vertical band saw RB VP 1400 for easy trimming, formatting and division of PUR blocks. In the longitudinal direction the cut is made by the feed of the material and in the transverse direction by the feed of the saw. The device enables cutting, formatting, cutting of a block of PUR material without demanding manipulation of the block during cutting.

Detail: The basic part consists of a vertical band saw with a system of machine rotation of the knife by an angle of 90 ° while the saw is running by means of pneumatic cylinders. This allows cutting in two perpendicular directions without the hassle of manipulating blocks of material during cutting. The saw is equipped with a double-edged knife for cutting in all directions. The grinding of the knife is ensured by a pair of grinders, which are driven by electric motors. RB-VP 1400 - automatic vertical band saw (cutting and formatting)

The saw is designed exclusively for cutting flexible foam materials into bulk density 160kg / m3. Cuts from semi-finished products up to 2 sizes 000 x 2 200 mm (area) 1300 mm high depending on bulk density. The saw is equipped with a control system for precise positioning of the face and measuring the cutting position. Possibility of remote management and data export to USB.

Main travel frame with 2 wheel saws, travel table, safety fencing and last but not least a suction unit together with a steel cyclone.The construction of the saw is designed so that the operator can easily and safely control all elements (starting and stopping the knife drive, grinding). Detail: The machine is very suitable for grinding lazy foam and recycled PUR. During the grinding process, the technological regulations of the manufacturer for the processing of PUR foams must be observed. The average equivalent sound pressure level during operation, which is 92 dB, was verified by measurements with the competent authority. The design of the machine does not allow the noise level to be reduced below the permissible limit of 85 dB, so it is the operator's responsibility to use hearing protectors! Description of the machine | The machine as a whole consists of individual parts: belt conveyor, small pressure belt conveyor, mill with a rotor with hammers, exchangeable sieve, the openings of which determine the size of the processed parts, a suction fan for transporting the processed material to the desired place and a conveying pipe. Access to the working chamber while the machine is running is prevented by erecting belt conveyors and securing the protective cover. Access to the working chamber of the machine is prevented by securing the upper sliding protective cover with a safety switch with locking and locking.Machine control | Omron and Lovato elements are used for control.
