The roll splitter is intended for transverse cutting of hard and soft materials when the roll of material is spun using a pressed rolled disc knife. Adjustable shaft speed limitation with material, central nut with mandrels to lock sleeve on shaft, quick face lock, two-handed safety trigger. The roll is cut including the paper tube (can be limited by a screw).

The foil roll divider is intended for transverse cutting of solid materials (when roll rotate) into paspules (discs) of different widths. A large cutting disc is used for cutting, which is guided into the cut by a motor (servo actuator) with a smooth change of speed. Adjustable speed limitation of the knife and rolling rollers, locking and a lesion indicator of the cutting position, controlled by the Siemens system. The automatic extraction of the chips is a matter of course.

Detail: The design of the machine is chosen simply and efficiently to achieve easy and safe operation by the operator. The basic supporting part with the drive and the cutting arm consists of a frame of welded construction made of steel profiles, the supporting frame of the separate tube is made of aluminum anodized profiles. Both parts are connected by screwed mounting plates. The superstructures are generally also made of aluminum anodised profiles. The surface treatment of steel parts is solved with powder firing paint and galvanic galvanizing The smooth rotation of the cut tube against the cutting disc is ensured by rolling on rubberized drive rollers, which also serve as a support when the blade is pressed against the tube.
