Winding and folding machine for nonwovens
The duplicator is a device for folding a nonwoven fabric of the basic width of the material in half. The winding speed is controlled depending on the charge of the unwinder, the compensator ensures winding in a predefined tension. The special construction for folding the material is fully adjustable. The machine is equipped with straightening edges. Both the winder and the unwinder are equipped with pneumatic expansion shafts for easy roll change.
The product is made to order, according to the exact specification of the customer. The price depends on the amount of equipment and the optional specification of the product.
The complete machine consists of four main parts:
1. Unwinder
2. Compensator with side straightening
3. Own transhipment structures
4. Spreading roller
5. Winding system
The device is one service and is designed for translating non-woven fabrics in half and winding them, according to samples supplied by the customer.
The design of the machine is chosen simply and efficiently to achieve easy and safe operation by the operator. For the safety of the operator, the moving parts of the machine are equipped with safety fencing.
