Wire winder with sorting RBP-DR1
A machine designed for customer winding with a division into a wider coil and measurement of material at a speed of up to 7 m/s from a coil weighing 1000 kg. Machine parameters can be adjusted to recipes. The Siemens control system and Lenze drives are used for control.
Even though this product is in the common category for custom made machines, this one is offered as stock / trade.
The machine consists of several main parts:
uncoiler for coils up to 1000 kg
compensators (multiple dancers) for compensating the pull of 300-100N
pulling rollers
calipers (capture of material error)
measurement ( two independent systems)
winder with precision sorting (speed up to 7mm/s)
switchboard with control system
Includes control gauges for thickness and width, as well as sensing tape and other material quality errors.< br>
The design of the machine is chosen simply and purposefully to achieve easy and safe control by the operator.
The design of the machine is a combination of welded and bolted construction made of steel and aluminum profiles, on which pneumatic elements, linear guides and auxiliary elements of the machine.
The winder with splitting is equipped with sliding arms with pneumatic clamping adapters and a splitting arm for regular overlapping of material.
