Peeling machine - horizontal band saw RB LS-1400
The single-service peeling machine of our production is a horizontal band saw with a bandage, which is intended for cutting, peeling layers from a block of soft PUR and similar foams up to a bulk density of 250 kg/m3. Cut layer adjustable programmatically from 2 to 250 mm. Scrolls and all settings via touch screen.
The product is made to order, according to the exact specification of the customer. The price depends on the amount of equipment and the optional specification of the product.
The machine consists of four separate units. Main travel frame with 2 wheel saws, travel table, safety fencing and last but not least a suction unit together with a steel cyclone.
The construction of the saw is designed so that the operator can easily and safely control all elements (starting and stopping the knife drive, grinding). The frame consists of three welded steel structures connected by screws into one compact unit, on which two wheels are placed, ensuring quiet and stable operation of the cutting belt. For safety reasons and for changing the saw blades, the front parts of the frames are fitted with opening covers. The blade tensioning mechanism is located in the lower left part of the saw frame and the blade is tensioned by sliding the lower wheel. Its optimal tension is ensured by an inductive sensor. The saw is equipped with a grinding device that allows symmetrical grinding of the saw blade and guarantees good grinding quality. The grinding mechanism allows different spatial settings, as needed and in case of wear of the grinders. If the grinders wear out, the operator can level the grinders with a diamond leveler. The saw belt drive is an asynchronous electric motor with a brake that drives the right drive wheel.
The separately anchored sliding table of the saw is constructed of aluminum profiles. All anchorages allow height adjustment with adjusting screws according to the unevenness of the floor. Direct and even movement of the upper table frame towards the cut is ensured by three guide tracks and travel radial bearings. The upper running surfaces of the tracks are made of steel plates tensioned with a tensioning screw. The table is moved by an electric motor and a chain. The table itself consists of two constructions. Aluteck construction, which has a travel guide and steel construction, which is adapted as a vacuum chamber. The bottom of the steel structure is lined with sheet metal, in which radial fans are installed, which create a vacuum and hold the block firmly on the table. The upper plate of the steel table is made of non-slip sheet metal. The independently anchored sliding table of the saw is constructed of aluminum profiles. All anchorages allow height adjustment with adjusting screws according to the unevenness of the floor.
