Detailed description

To achieve the required dimensional tolerance, the best way to cut is during rewinding. Cutting is carried out using razor blades on a rising frame while rewinding the roll of material.

The frame of the machine is made of steel + aluminum profiles AluTec. The unwinding and winding shaft is expandable, pneumatic for the inner diameter of the tube 76 mm. The ends of the winding shaft are square-shaped. The shaft is placed in hinged bearing houses, driven by an electric motor with gearbox. Prior to clamping and material insertion, it is necessary to arrange the split tubes according to the required dimensions on the shaft.

The touch screen PLC also displays the currently measured length.

The tension of the material required during rewinding and cutting is ensured by wrapping it through the braked cylinder. It is braked by a pneumatic friction brake, the effect of which is regulated by a pneumatic pressure reducer. The blade holders are slidingly mounted on a removable aluminum profile attached to the swing arm. Removable aluminum profiles (2pcs) for easy and quick change of cut positions. To secure this arm in the rest position, use the tension spring latches located on the fixed central frame. To prevent unwinding of the roll of material in the unwinding part, the machine will be equipped with a belt friction brake with a weight. A friction disc is mounted on the shaft at the friction brake strap.

The machine aligns the edges of the material to be laid. The system allows the transverse movement of the material, based on the sensor, so that its edge is always guided to the winding shaft at the same location. The transverse sensor position can be adjusted to a certain extent to determine the position of the material edge. The range of movement for holding the edge is + - 70 mm.
