The automatic device is designed for longitudinal cutting of materials during rewinding from a roll of max ø 1150 mm, width 1,600 mm and weight 300 kg into strips (discs) of various widths, intended for further processing. Industrial razor blades are used for cutting, with the possibility of their mutual distribution across the entire width. Adjustable speed limit, side straightening, controlled by PLC with touch. screen and measuring length, rewinding speed up to 2.7 m / s.

Detailed description

To achieve the required dimensional tolerance, the most suitable method of cutting during rewinding is. Cutting takes place using razor blades on a rising frame while rewinding the roll of material.

The construction of the machine frame consists of steel + aluminum profiles AluTec. The unwinding and winding shaft is expansion, pneumatic for the inner ø of the tube 76 mm. The ends of the winding shaft are square in shape. The shaft is mounted in tilting bearing housings, driven by an electric motor with a gearbox, where servo control with a speed of 0-3000 rpm is used. Before clamping and before introducing the material, it is necessary to arrange the divided cavities on the shaft according to the required dimensions.

The speed is controlled by connecting the roll diameter sensors / potentiometer / dancer so that it is always min. 2m / s. The PLC with a touch screen also displays the currently measured length.

The razor holders are slidably mounted on a removable aluminum profile, mounted on a tilting arm. Removable aluminum profiles (2 pcs.) For easy and quick exchange of cut positions. Latches with a tension spring located on a fixed central frame are used to secure this arm in the rest position.

The device aligns the edges of the laid material. Based on a pair of sensors, the system allows the transverse movement of the material so that its edge is always guided on the winding shaft in the same place. The position of the sensor in the transverse direction can be adjusted to a certain extent and thus determine the position of the edge of the material.
