The roll splitter is intended for transverse cutting of hard and soft materials when the roll of material is spun using a pressed rolled disc knife. Adjustable shaft speed limitation with material, central nut with mandrels to lock sleeve on shaft, quick face lock, two-handed safety trigger. The roll is cut including the paper tube (can be limited by a screw).
The product is made to order, according to the exact specification of the customer. The price depends on the amount of equipment and the optional specification of the product.
Cutting takes place using a disc knife with a large diameter, which is guided by a manually guided movable arm against the material rolled on a motor-driven shaft.
The frame construction of the machine is made of steel + aluminum AluTec profiles. A linear guide with an arm guide is located on this frame in a horizontal plane. A disc knife is fixed on this arm. The shaft drive is an asynchronous motor with the possibility of a continuous speed change. Thanks to the used frequency converter, operation is also economical. The knife cover is opened by a wheel that runs along the upper part of the roll, i.e. the position of the arm above the material. The arm has a handle with a two-handed trigger, a manual lock for a strong hold of the arm at the point of the cut.
The safety of the machine is ensured by the position, the cover and the safety double-circuit module.
