Automatic pre-cutting of self-adhesive felt on paper carrier ASP-1J
The ASP-1J is designed to precut the upper self-adhesive layer of material on a paper carrier. The paper carrier must remain in its entirety so that it can be rewound. Length of cut material adjustable in the range of 5 - 400 mm. The machine is fully automatic and equipped with a servomotor, frequency converters and Omron control.
The product is made to order, according to the exact specification of the customer. The price depends on the amount of equipment and the optional specification of the product.
The machine consists of the following parts:
- Unwinder independently controlled by a dancer and an analog sensor with a frequency converter and safety end sensors.
- Own cutting part with a strong pneumatic cylinder and a precisely adjustable stop. br> - Cutting part number 2 (not mounted on the photo and video) with the possibility of another shaped or straight cut. o precisely defined (system set) distance with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The feed is provided by a servomotor.
- The winder, which, like the unwinder, is controlled independently by means of a dancer and an analog sensor.
