Complete kit for pieces counting, counting packages etc. Mounted yourself. This kit using inductive sensors (included), which add +1 piece to display after covering the metal. The number of pieces is displayed on the clear display inside the cab (Reset the number from driver's seat). Easy installation, high durability and comfort. This is a kit ROB ZI.

Function description: with metal inductive sensors (sensor captures the moving metal parts - usually the arm feeders etc..) Will be add one piece on display (mounted in the cab). Reset by button on units or by external button.
Custom implementation: counter ROB 100 supply voltage DC 12 - 24V, is mounted in the cab. You can use 1A fuse (fuse holder and fuse purchased at car parts shop). This power supply would be also used for inductive sensor. The sensor is equipped with cable (length 2 m). One pair of resilient mounting boxes with IP56.
Set ROB ZI include:
- ROB counter 100 for installation in the dashboard or boxes
- Signal cable for divorce from the sensor to the counter 10 meters
- M12 inductive sensor with a range of max. 8 mm
