Saw grinder VP50, BR50 and PP1 - a pair of grinders for these band saws. Grinding wheels with dimensions of 20x20x6 mm for vertical band saws PP-1, VP-50, BR-50 with a glued brass center along the entire length (width) of the grinding wheel. It is advisable to replace the whole pair. The saws are always equipped with a pair of grinding wheels with a fine grinding of white grain.
Disc, cylindrical grinder with a central hole of 6 mm, an outer diameter of 20 mm and a thickness of 20 mm, the center of which is formed by a glued mosaic adapter. Only a high-quality sharpening stone will ensure a high-quality grinding of the band knife of your saw.
You can replace the grinding stone by disassembling the entire grinding assembly and threading it onto the shaft.
It is not necessary to throw away the grinding stone immediately if there are slight irregularities. In some cases, it is possible to align it with sandpaper placed on a flat surface. Pure alcohol can be used for cleaning. However, only use the sander when it is completely dry.
